    Trademark Attorney 
        Job description:  
        Provide legal services to listed companies in the practice of trademark related matters. 
         
        Job Requirement: 
        1. Bachelor’s degree or above major in law from a top-tier law school, overseas education is preferred; 
        2. Having PRC or foreign bar qualification; 
        3. At Least three years experience in a famous law firm or MNC; 
        4. Excellent command of both written and spoken English; 
        5. Self-motivated, detail-oriented and stress-tolerant;  
    
        Assistant Attorney   
        Job description:   
        The job holder is to assist the trademark attorney to handle the process of trademark registration,      
        filig and   litigation etc.  
   
        Job Requirement: 
        1. Master’s degree or above major in law from a top-tier law school, overseas education is preferred; 
        2. Having PRC or foreign bar qualification or passing National Judicial Exam is preferred; 
        3. Excellent command of both written and spoken English, CET-6 or above; 
        4. Self-motivated, detail-oriented and stress-tolerant; 
        Work experience is not a must.
